From London/South: follow A12 to Ipswich, and at Junction with A14, take third exit (signposted for Felixstowe) - then follow instructions below.

From North & Midlands via A14:
Follow A14 around Ipswich (towards Felixstowe), crossing the Orwell Bridge (you won't miss it!). Take the exit marked for Lowestoft & Gt Yarmouth, heading north on the A12. At the first roundabout you come to, take the first exit - marked Foxhall. The stadium is acouple of miles down this road on the right - it's set back behind some trees, but the entrance is clearly marked with signs for Speedway & Stock Car racing. From this direction, the entrance is immediately before a blind corner, so be careful when turning right, as cars can appear in front of you very quickly!

By Rail:
The nearest mainline station is Ipswich (regular services from London, Liverpool St). See Bus Travel next.

By Bus:
A Speedway Special runs from the town centre bus station (Old Cattle Market) at 19:00, beginning it's return journey a few mins after the last race. Busses run from the Rail Station to the Bus Station.
Alternatively, the Superroute 66 bus service runs from the Rail Station through the village of Kesgrave (takes 20-25 mins), which is to the north of the stadium. You need to get out at Bell Lane, then walk south down Bell Lane until you get to the Heath (on your right), which you can walk across to the stadium (about 10-15 mins from the bus stop).
